Our KOL & Partnerships manager is an employee building relationships with KOLs, local communities, and bloggers around the world to achieve the goals and objectives of our clients (mostly web3 market)
Build relationship with local projects, KOLs, communities and other potential partners
Actively managing the process with negotiations: pitching projects to partners, negotiations, getting agreements signed, bargain for terms and so on
Development and presentation of collaborative formats for advertising campaigns with influencers
Running ads with influencers or posting any other content in the necessary communities for the project's goals
Participate in the creation of new offers for the agency's clients
Manage and build up partners and KOL agency's base
Required Skills:
1+ years of experience in KOL marketing, partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the web3, crypto or tech industries.
Spoken and written English: B2 and above. As 90% of our clients are English - speaking
Ability to achieve your goals in communication with partners
Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
Knowledge of fintech and blockchain is an advantage
Located in Georgia or ready to relocate to Tbilisi
