Product manager
Tbilisi / Remote / Middle position
A Product Manager is an employee responsible for leading the development and launch of a new agency product, such as AI, fintech or other IT product, focusing to improve marketing strategies and deliver meaningful results for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Сollaborate with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the agency's goals and vision, and how the product fits into their overall strategy
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy that outlines the product's value proposition, target audience, and competitive differentiators
- Build a roadmap that outlines the timeline for product development, including key milestones, feature releases, and iterations
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as user engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in product marketing, partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within the web3, crypto or tech industries
- Spoken and written English: B2 and above. As 90% of our clients and partners are English - speaking
- Analytical mindset to conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand customer needs, and translate them into product requirements
- Knowledge of fintech and blockchain is an advantage
- Ready to working trips to Tbilisi
